Terms of Service

Last updated: July 23, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Lunacria LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States (“Routly”, “we”, “us”), governing your use of the Routly link management platform at routly.link and our short-link domains. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Routly on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

1. The service

Routly lets you create short links that route each visitor to a destination based on device, location, and rules you configure, and gives you analytics about clicks. Features vary by plan and are described at routly.link. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan mid-subscription without notice.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your local law requires) to use Routly.
  • Keep your sign-in email secure — anyone with access to it can access your account via magic link.
  • Keep API keys secret. Actions taken with your keys count as your actions.
  • Information you give us must be accurate.

3. Plans, billing, and refunds

  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor acting as our merchant of record. Your purchase is completed through that provider, subject to its checkout terms; we never receive your card details.
  • Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep paid features until then.
  • If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, your account falls back to the free plan and features beyond its limits stop working; your links and data are not deleted.
  • Refunds: if something went wrong, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith. We honor any refund rights that consumer law in your jurisdiction requires.
  • We may change plan prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Routly to create or route links that:

  • point to phishing, malware, or other content designed to harm or deceive visitors;
  • are used for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging;
  • disguise a destination in a misleading or deceptive way;
  • distribute content that is illegal where you or your visitors are located, or that infringes others’ rights;
  • probe, overload, or circumvent the service’s security or rate limits.

Your tracking, your responsibility. If you attach custom scripts to your links or embed our conversion script on your own website, you are responsible for what those tools collect and for providing any notice and obtaining any consent that applies to your visitors under the laws that cover you (for example GDPR or ePrivacy rules). See our Privacy Policy for how these features work.

You may only connect custom domains you own or control. We may scan links and disable any link, domain, or account that violates this section — immediately and without notice where visitors are at risk.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the destinations, names, and other content you configure. You grant us the license needed to operate the service: to store your configuration, route visitors to your destinations, and process click data into analytics for you. We may use aggregated, non-identifying usage data to operate and improve Routly.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion becomes permanent after a 30-day grace period, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal risk for us or for visitors. Where practical we will warn you first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing amounts owed, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it fast and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for the content of destinations that link owners configure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunacria LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or US $50 if you have only used the free plan). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You will indemnify Lunacria LLC against third-party claims arising from your content, your links, your tracking scripts, or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give account holders reasonable advance notice by email or in the app; continuing to use Routly after a change takes effect means you accept it.
